    I got this for a Dell Dimension 3000 (2.8ghz P4 Prescott, 2gb DDR3200, 80gb HD, 12x DVD-RW, 305w 17a 12v RAIL Stock P.S.) It works flawlessly and 10x better then the stock Intel 865 Graphx w 8mb!!!! I upgraded the PowerSupply to a $40 POWER COOLING by OCZ 375w P.S. wit a 25a 12v Rail and everything been flawless ever since!!!! (EVGA HAS IT RATED FOR 300W 18A 12v RAIL)

My internet scrolling and other word precessing is AWSUM!!! no flickering or pausing…internet video n pictures just in general are way more vivid colors n “realer” lookin!!

Plays newer games good…NOT by any meaans on HIGH/ULTRA settings….PERFORAMANCE setting go quickly/easily….GOOD/AVERAGE setting look/play good on 1024×768 n sum on 1280×1024 !!!!

I Purchased this 512mb version from Amazon here, and then proceeded to get another 1gb version for my relatives PC after I did this upgrade to customers PC!!!

    Overall very satisfied with the buy!!! 4th EVGA vid card set owned/purchased (2x 7800GTX 256mb SLi, 2x 9800GT 512mb SLi, PCI 9400GT 1gb)

Well amazon did a real good job with delivery and my problems

I got the card and installed into the computer

    very easy to do

    then tried to install drivers

the drivers wont work at all

Tried evga drivers and nvidia drivers directly off the web page.

does the same thing every time

What happens is that when i try to install the drivers in regular mode in the middle of install the screen goes black with cursor and stays there untill beeping happens

Then i uninstall drivers and reinstall in safe mode and install is successful

but when i reboot into regular mode windows wont start at all untill i go back into safe mode or remove the card.

It goes into the winxp boot screen, you know where it says windows xp and copyright, and then gets stuck and auto reboots

Called evga and they where completly no help, they didnt know what to do at all except tell me all the things i’ve already done.

Amazon was real helpful, they couldnt help me with the card issue but the immediately have another of the same card sent out in 1 day shipping

I got the card the next day and it did the exact same thing.

I am now returning this card and getting Radeon 2400pro HD seeing that my current Radeon 9250 works and installed very well.

I dont know whats going on or what happened but apparently the people at Evga and Nvidia doesnt know whats going on either

I really wanted to use this card too because i’ve had good exp with nvidia

I*’ve had the geforce fx 5200,6200 and 6600.this suxs
