Blur, Aka One of the Best Games I’ve Ever Played in My Life (review in the Info)
This is a race using A-Class cars: not much goes on because I was out in front most of the race, i’ll upload a normal race with way more action in a day or two. What’s Blur if you don’t already know? It’s a racing game on the 360, they’ve got a demo out, it’s coming to PS3 and the PC also. This game’s made by Bizarre Creations, the same people who made Project Gotham Racing, Boom Boom Rocket, and Geometry Wars, so you know right off the bat they know what they’re doing. Basically think Top Gear’s editing style (the TV show) meets Mario Kart’s gameplay meets Geometry Wars’ graphics meets the arcade style of Midnight Club. I REALLY nitpick games when I play them, and I can say honestly 95% of games i’ve played or heard about in the past 5 years i’ve not been all that into. Blur is possibly one of the best games I have ever played in my life. No exaggeration. My friend Andrew played the demo for a bit the first night I downloaded it, around 11PM. He left, I started playing, figured id be done in a few minutes and bored. I didn’t stop playing until 7AM. Nonstop. The last time I did that was with the Dreamcast launch, and before that, with some game I can’t remember on the Genesis. So 3 times in my life i’ve played a game for this long on the first day i’ve played it, or even at all, ever. That’s how good this game is.
